The Special Assistant to the Governor of Katsina State on Disability Matters, Hon. Umar Jibril Bindawa has advocated scholarship and job opportunities for People Living With Disabilities. Hon. Bindawa said this during a tour of government institutions in the state over the weekend. The governor’s aide stated that ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity in the state should seek to empower PWD in education and employment.
